The Lord Jesus said “unless one is born again you cannot see the Kingdom of God (John 3:3).” Every Kingdom has a royal palace, a royal castle, a King or a Lord. There are royal flags waving in the wind above every parapet of that castle. Royal banners hanging from the castle wall show the King’s sword and crown; The sword for the King’s right hand and a crown for his head. The sword, the sign of authority and the crown is the sign of majesty, as inferred by Jesus in His Kingdom statement to Nicodemus (Jn. 3:3). A King is the Lord of his people. His royal subjects love, respect and worship him on bended knee (Phil. 2:1-11). Wherever there’s a Kingdom there is a Lord and wherever there’s a Lord there are servants. The people serve their King. The King protects his people. In this life you must serve somebody. Either you serve the Devil or you serve Jesus. If you serve Jesus, then you believe he is the royal Son of God, the Lord of the Universe.
